Well, if you depend on your own bed, plate and spoon , experts say, you could be breaking the social support system.

these are but a few names that qualify the once cherished traditional family system.

a family is identified by a stool or clan name.

It broadens from patrilineal among the gas and matrilineal among the akans.

formerly, relatives and their experience loom large in ones upbringing.

the extended family for instance is responsible for the initiation from childhood into adulthood.

today, society is gradually shifting from the social support system to a rather european way of  life.

the modern industrialized and technological era is competing strongly with functions of the family.
